During a panel at San Diego Comic-Con, the creative director o
f Death Stranding, Hideo Kojima took to the stage to unveil the official box art of the highly anticipated, upcoming video game.
We got our first look at both the official cover of the standard edition of the game as well as the more expensive steelbook version. Both of them feature Sam Bridges, the protagonist of the game who is played by Norman Reedus (
The Walking Dead). The regular version of the game features Sam with his hood up and the latter features Sam with his hood down and his face lathered in mud.
Being an exclusive, only PlayStation 4 copies exist. Interestingly, Kojima reportedly (via
Comicbook.com) designed the steelbook version himself. Below you can check out both versions of
