Izuku Midoriya from
My Hero Academia will be playable in
Jump Force, Bandai Namco has revealed. In addition to the official confirmation (this information first came out in the latest issue of the
Weekly Jump magazine), the publisher has also shared an all-new gameplay trailer that focuses solely on the hero also known as Deku and the recently confirmed hyperactive Magic Knight Asta (
Black Clover).
Namco has also released a bunch of never-before-seen screenshots that spotlight Boa Hancock from
One Piece, Trunks from
Dragon Ball, and Renji Abarai from
Bleach. Yusuke Urameshi, the main hero of the manga and anime series
YuYu Hakusho, has also been introduced as a fighter in
Jump Force, and you can check out new images featuring his fully-powered 100 percent strength form below.
The cast of
Jump Force currently includes Sasuke (
Naruto), Cell, Piccolo, Vegeta, Goku, Future Trunks, & Frieza (
Dragon Ball), Zoro, Sanji, Blackbeard & Sabo (
One Piece), Ichigo, Rukia, Aizen (
Bleach), Yugi Muto
(Yu-Gi-Oh), Gon, Hisoka, Kurapika, Killua (
Hunter X Hunter), Ryo Saeba (
City Hunter), Kenshiro (
Fist of the North Star), Pegasus Seiya & Dragon Shiryu from
Saint Seiya, Makoto Shishio and Kenshin Himura (
Rurouni Kenshin), new characters Galena, Glover, Kane, and Navigator, and the recently announced fighters mentioned above.
