The roster of Bandai Namco and Spike Chunsoft's crossover fighting game,
Jump Force, is about to grow even bigger — as the developer has announced that the villanous Kane and Galena will soon become playable.
Kane and Galena are two of the brand-new characters that
Dragon Ball series creator Akira Toriyama created specifically for
Jump Force and, while we have know for a while that Kane was going to become available as a playable character, Galena joining the roster is news to us.
What's also an interesting piece of news is the fact that both Kane and Galena will be added to the
Jump Force roster via a free update, so players will not have to pay a dime for these upcoming fighters to become available. What we don't know, however, is the release date, so we'll have to keep our eyes peeled for future announcements.
For the first time ever, the most famous Manga heroes are thrown into a whole new battleground: our world. Uniting to fight the most dangerous threat, the Jump Force will bear the fate of the entire human kind. Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Weekly Jump Magazine, the game is making the most of latest technologies to bring characters to life in a never-seen-before realistic design.
Jump Force is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
