NetherRealm's
Mortal Kombat 11 is finally releasing tomorrow, bringing the past and present together in a story that will see Kronika, the self-proclaimed "Keeper of Time" trying to restart and rewrite history; likely a means for NetherRealm to soft-reboot the series, too.
Although we have known for a while that Frost, Sub-Zero's former apprentice, was going to be joining the roster in
Mortal Kombat 11, it wasn't until last week that we finally got to see her when some leaked images made their way online.
Today, and only a day away from the game's official release, NetherRealm Studios has finally released a character trailer for Frost, who now seems to have been mechanized, as she battles her former master in a chilling battle that even gives us our first look at Triborg; a character that hasn't been announced or even confirmed to be in the game.
Take a look:
The all new Custom Character Variations give you unprecedented control to customize the fighters and make them your own. The new graphics engine showcasing every skull-shattering, eye-popping moment, brings you so close to the fight you can feel it. And featuring a roster of new and returning Klassic Fighters, Mortal Kombat’s best in class cinematic story mode continues the epic saga over 25 years in the making.
Mortal Kombat 11 will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the 23rd of April.
