We may have some potentially good news for Nintendo Switch owners who are fans of the Naruto series, as there may be a chance for CyberConnect2's
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 to get a port on Nintendo's handheld hybrid console.
In the latest Q&A that CyberConnect2 has released, President Hiroshi Matsuyama is asked whether there's a chance for
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 to be released on the Nintendo Switch, and the answer is 'yes' — although there is a caveat.
According to Matsuyama, there is a possibility for the game to release on the Nintendo Switch, but fans need to ask Bandai Namco and "
make sure to send your passionate requests their way."
In April of last year, Bandai Namco and CyberConnect2 released the
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy on the Nintendo Switch, and it seems that the latest entry in the series making its way into Nintendo's console may only be of matter of time.
Matsuyama is also asked if he was to make another game with similar gameplay mechanics to those seen in the
Ultimate Ninja Storm series, and he actually teases that he's currently working on another project based on an anime series; Matsuyama doesn't mention which series, however.
The latest opus in the acclaimed STORM series is taking you on a colourful and breathtaking ride. Take advantage of the totally revamped battle system and prepare to dive into the most epic fights you’ve ever seen in the NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM series!
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC(Steam).
