If there's one thing that SNK's new
Samurai Shodown is doing justice, is reintroducing all of the long-neglected characters that haven't made the cut in recent entries of the long-runnin sword-fighting series.
Samurai Shodown is coming out in just a few more days, becoming available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Steam(PC) on
Tuesday the 25th of June. This new game means a reboot for the series, and the developers have really made sure to bring back all of the elements, as well as some of the original characters, back.
A few days ago we got a character trailer for Jubei — one of the characters that was introduced in the first
Samurai Shodown and was later dropped for a few games — and today we have another character trailer; this time focusing on yet another character that hasn't been on a
Samurai Shodown game in over 20 years: the kusarigama-wielding Earthquake.
