We're getting closer to the release of SNK's Samurai Shodown, and SNK has no plans to stop releasing new trailers to keep fans of the series excited for this new entry in the long-running sword-fighting series.

While this new Samurai Shodown is a reboot for the series, SNK has made sure that players still feel right at home when picking the game up; especially when it comes to selecting the characters they want to play as, which is why the developer is including both veteran fighters and newcomers in the game's roster.

Just last week, SNK released a trailer for Yashamaru Kurama, the game's new main protagonist, and today we've been treated to a new character trailer for Samurai Shodown V's Yoshitora Tokugawa — who was that game's main protagonist — showing off his skills with all of his seven katanas.

Check it out:

After more than a decade, Samurai Shodown is back! SNK is rebooting one of its most successful series, carrying on the legacy of past titles with a new game that retains the same thrilling battles of past titles in a graphically advanced package.

Samurai Shodown will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC in on the 25th of June.
