Ubisoft has released a brand new live-action trailer for their upcoming post-apocalyptic extravaganza
Far Cry: New Dawn, this time putting the spotlight on the main antagonists of the gaudy title: The Twins. In
New Dawn, Lou and Mickey are leading the Highwaymen, a group of marauders and psychos who seek to take over the last remaining resources of the completely ruined, radioactive world.
New Dawn is set 17 years after a global nuclear catastrophe you definitely witnessed if you've played
Far Cry 5. During that period, the world has changed and The Twins have replaced The Father as the main villains of this more bizarre than ever story. According to Ubisoft, Mickey is the head of the group, while Lou with her impulsive nature will stop at nothing to stay at the top of the food chain.
Far Cry: New Dawn has already gone gold, which means that development is basically complete and the shooter is ready for manufacturing ahead of its 15th February debut. Quite interestingly,
New Dawn was announced in December, so this
FC5 narrative sequel will be one of the fastest releases in Ubisoft's publishing history. In the meantime, be sure to take a look at the game's latest trailer below:
Dive into a transformed vibrant post-apocalyptic Hope County, Montana, 17 years after a global nuclear catastrophe. Join fellow survivors and lead the fight against the dangerous new threat the Highwaymen, and their ruthless leaders The Twins, as they seek to take over the last remaining resources.
Far Cry: New Dawn launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on February 15, 2019.
