After launching on iOS earlier this year, Epic Games is finally ready to bring its insanely popular battle royale game Fortnite to Android devices. The developer announced today that the Fortnite beta is launching for Android later this week, but it will be limited.
Players with Samsung Galaxy devices will be the first to be invited starting today. Over the next few days, the beta will roll out to other Android devices. Currently supported Samsung devices include the S7 / S7 Edge , S8 / S8+, S9 / S9+, Note 8, Note 9, Tab S3, and Tab S4. Those of you who own the new Samsung Note 9 or Galaxy Tab S4 will have access tot he new Galaxy outfit, which looks amazing.
Epic says players on other Android devices will be granted access to the beta in waves as the developer works on supporting a "wider variety of devices" in the next few days. Other Anroid devices that will support the beta include:
