Ubisoft has proudly announced that more than 10 million players have tried to liberalize Bolivia and destroy the Santa Blanca Cartel in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands. The first year of the game's post-launch support has ended, but it's just a small beginning of many attractions to come. Ubisoft has revealed what to expect from the second special operation that will be revealed in three days.
The first operation ignited players' imagination as it teased the return of the legendary agent Sam Fisher and Splinter Cell. The DLC introduced some new Splinter Cell-themed weapons, guns, outfits, and obviously, goggles. Most importantly, the Sam Fisher of Michael Ironside was a part of the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell/Ghost Recon: Wildlands crossover. The second operation will feature Rainbow Six.
Full details on what’s to come for the Ghost Recon Wildlands event haven't been revealed yet, but the teaser previewed the release of the full trailer on July 23 with more details to be shared. As always, the update will be free for all Ghost Recon Wildlands players. The trailer itself is pretty cool, so be sure to check it out down below. Wildlands will feature 4 special operations as the Year 2 pass costs $29,99.
The Santa Blanca drug cartel has transformed the beautiful South American country of Bolivia into a perilous narco-state, leading to lawlessness, fear, and rampant violence. The citizens of Bolivia have been plagued by the criminal influence of the cartel, but all hope is not lost. Now only the Ghosts, an elite US Special Forces team, can save the country from complete collapse.
