Overwatch and LE SSERAFIM are lining up a third collaboration wave, and new artwork is what people are passing around this week. The pairing already ran in October 2023 and again in 2025. The 2026 collab list dates this next drop for September and names Legendary skins for the characters Mizuki, Freja, D.Mon, Anran, Sierra, and Moira.
This collab is obviously part of BlizzCon. LE SSERAFIM is booked as the Main Stage closer on Sunday, September 13 in Anaheim. Overwatch Esports already ran a group-stage message from the group during the Overwatch World Cup run-up and said they cannot wait to see them at the show. Check out the artwork in the post below:
Blizzard Korea Studio has been the shop behind the look. Studio head Dospi Jin walked through the first two waves at Overwatch Day in Busan. Wave one asked what Overwatch heroes would wear if they were LE SSERAFIM fans at a concert. The answer was blue street clothes, denim, tickets, lightsticks, and merch instead of putting the idols’ faces on heroes and calling it done. Wave two moved those same heroes onto a street stage near Busan Station, louder colors, hip-hop cuts pulled from the group’s actual stage outfits. Jin’s line on wave three was short: look at the LE SSERAFIM logo in the Season 4 Heroes of Busan trailer, and look forward to a new side of them.
Early concept boards that circulated after Busan Overwatch Day were sketches of Tracer, D.Va, Kiriko, and Brigitte from the first wave, not the September roster. Accounts that posted those pages later clarified they were old development art. The 2026 names on current collab roundups are different heroes: Mizuki, Freja, D.Mon, Anran, Sierra, Moira.
Older skins are still in the catalog if you missed a shop window. Antifragile covered Brigitte, D.Va, Kiriko, Sombra, and Tracer in 2023. Fearless and Blue Flame brought Ashe, Mercy, Juno, Illari, and recolours in 2025. Blizzard dumped all 15 of those back into the store for two weeks in April 2026 during Season 2 Summit, then pulled them on April 27. Wave three is new product, not another rerun of Traysi Tracer.
This is Overwatch’s longest running K-pop collab. The first collab in 2023 was also the first time the shooter tied a skin event to a K-pop act, including a live BlizzCon piece that year. Jin said the Korea Studio and the Irvine team both have K-pop fans on staff, which is why the clothes keep getting a story instead of a sticker. Fans at a show, then street performers, then whatever September is supposed to be.
No official post has locked a shop date to the hour or listed prices for the new six. Prior waves sold as individual Legendaries and multi-skin bundles in the thousands of Overwatch Coins. Expect the same structure when the third set goes live. Until the store page exists, the artwork and the BlizzCon poster are the announcement.
