The Destiny 2 livestream reveal is live right now, however it's currently (at the time of this article's creation) the Pre-Show portion, hosted by the #1 Destiny Twitch streamer, King Gothalion. The full- on dive into Destiny 2 begins at 10AM PST/1 PM EST. In between the pre-show gameplay stream and the 1PM est reveal, Bungie will have interviews with key Bungie personnel.
