Looking to bolster pre-order numbers for the digital version of
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 on PC, Ubisoft is offering an additional game for free to those who pre-order before March 14.
The promotion offers those who pre-order
The Division 2 digitally their choice of one of the following digital PC games:
Watch Dogs 2,
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands or
Far Cry Primal. While these are fairly older titles, all three are part of Ubisoft's flagship franchises.
Should you opt to pre-order
The Division 2 from either the
Epic Store or
Ubisoft Store, you have until March 31, 2019, to choose the free game. Access to the free game will be granted on March 15.
If you're on the fence about
The Division 2, Ubisoft did
just announce that an Open Beta will be available from March 1 through March 4. Specifics have not yet been detailed, but it's likely that the content will be similar to what was offered in the most recent Private Beta. That would be a mix of early and end game content along with access to the Dark Zones.
Washington D.C. is on the brink of collapse. Lawlessness and instability threaten our society, and rumors of a coup in the capitol are only amplifying the chaos. All active Division agents are desperately needed to save the city before it's too late. You are a member of the Division, an elite group of civilian agents charged with being the last line of defense. With DC at risk, it's time to gear up and use your unique skills to take on this new threat.
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 launches March 15, 2019, for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
