Rare has announced that the free expansion Forsaken Shores of Sea of Thieves will be launched on September 27th instead of tomorrow, the scheduled date for this content.
The delay is due to a problem related to the memory that could cause crashes. With the new deadline, the studio hopes to solve the bug and verify that it is completely corrected.
Forsaken Shores is the third additional content for Sea of Thieves, and introduces a new region, Devil's Roar, with a volcano that will erupt.
Sea of Thieves is already on sale on Xbox One and PC.
