Time passes quickly, a few days ago Ubisoft celebrated the first anniversary of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, an exclusive title of Nintendo Switch that represented one of its strong cards during the months after its release. During its first year in the market, the Ubisoft title, whose creative direction was the responsibility of Davide Soliani, became one of the most important titles of the hybrid console and it was confirmed that it sold 2 million units.
On August 29, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle celebrated its first year in the market and the celebration came hand in hand with great news in a matter of sales. Even though Ubisoft has highlighted the performance of the title of the hybrid console in the market, the exact figures had not been revealed and it was thanks to a series of responses in the official account of Davide Soliani that the sale of 2 million units was confirmed.
Everything happened when the creator shared the publication of the official Twiiter account of Mario + Rabbids, where fans are invited to take a look at the infographic that the development team prepared for the first anniversary of the game. Then, one of the answers reminded Soliani of his promise to shave his beard if the title sold 2 million units, to which the creative replied that, in effect, he had already done so.
Soliani was in charge of closing the first anniversary of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, a title that was very well received by Switch players. Here is the infographic shared by Ubisoft.
