Regardless of how you feel about the art direction and overall style of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, there's no denying it's a visually gorgeous game — especially if you're playing on PC. Eidos Montreal has released a new trailer for the upcoming game which highlights the PC version, which has been co-developed with partner studio d3t Ltd.
As noted in the trailer below, when playing Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy on an NVIDIA GeForce RTX PC, players will experience high levels of fidelity, real-time ray tracing, NVIDIA DLSS' AI-powered performance boost, diffuse illumination, HDR and wide color gamut, and up to 8K resolution. All of that is just fancy technical jargon that simply means this game is going to look stunning.
It's also noted that those who don't have a GeForce RTX PC, or are simply away from their system, will still be able to stream the RTX-enhanced version of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy via NVIDIA's cloud-based GeForce NOW service. For those unfamiliar, GeForce NOW is a membership service that basically transforms nearly any device — laptop, desktop, Mac, SHIELD TV, Android device, iPhone, or iPad — into a gaming PC capable of playing even the most demanding games.
Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy launches on October 26 on PC and streaming via GeForce NOW. It's also coming to Xbox and PlayStation consoles along with a Cloud Version for Nintendo Switch.
