FDG Entertainment and Game Atelier's
Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom will be getting a demo for the Nintendo Switch, allowing players to test the game out for themselves and decide if they want to purchase it.
The game's publisher had already
teased this demo for the Nintendo Switch, but we didn't quite get confirmation until today. The
Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom demo will be available for everyone to download from the Nintendo Switch, but they will need an extra 600MB available in order to do so. For reference; in order to download the full game, players are required to have at least 5.1GB of free space available.
While we now know for sure that the Nintendo Switch will be getting a
Monster Boy demo, still no word on when it will become available or whether the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One versions will even get one.
Earlier in January FDG Entertainment revealed that
Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom had sold the most copies on the Nintendo Switch, so it is only logical that they decided to make Nintendo's handheld hybrid console the first to get the demo. We'll keep our eyes peeled for any future announcements by the publisher.
