Ubisoft has released a new video for
Stalink: Battle for Atlas, in which they go over some of the essentials that players need to keep in mind in order to save the Atlas system when the game comes out on the
16th of October.
First things first, the video starts up by tackling one of the most essential aspects of the game; ship customisation.
Starlink: Battle for Atlas is a game that let's players customise their ships in real time by seamlessly swapping out real-world ship components, coming in the form of toys, and seeing these changes applied in the game.
The other thing that players should be focusing on is
Starlink: Battle for Atlas' open world exploration, in which players can explore 7 planets looking for upgrades, and more items for customisation. Players can also activate their hyperdrive for interplanetary travel whenever they feel like it, although they have to be on their toes as there are traps everywhere in space—which can lead to some intense space dogfights.
The game is also featuring some platforming elements that will see players carrying objects too heavy to simply fly away with, forcing them to rethink their strategy and find other ways to get to their destination.
Starlink: Battle for Atlas also features a very diverse roster of pilots and players can pick all of them up and play as either of them from the beginning of the game. Each of these pilots have unique personalities, background stories, and abilities that adds some replay value to the game.
Take a look:
Lead a group of heroic interstellar pilots who use modular starships to mix and match their unique gear and skills on the fly. Travel the star system to unite the galaxy against villainous destructive forces.
Starlink: Battle for Atlas will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One on the 16th of October.
