THQ Nordic is reportedly planning to showcase two new titles during this year's E3 in Los Angeles.

According to the publisher, one of them will be a “long-awaited return of a galactically beloved game / franchise,” while the other is hailed as a “new vision of a beloved game / franchise.” While nothing has been officially announced just yet, NVidia has seemingly spoiled the name of one of those titles.

As revealed on NVidia's website, Red Faction: Evolution will support the company's Ansel technology ("a revolutionary new way to capture in-game shots and view in 360"), confirming that the aforementioned "new vision of a beloved franchise" is a sequel to 2011's Red Faction: Armageddon.

Considering that THQ Nordic has already released a remastered version of 2009's Red Faction: Guerrilla, it's rather safe to say that the studio has some ambitious plans for the explosive game series.

As a reminder, THQ Nordic has recently announced that they are working on 80 brand-new titles.
