First it was revealed that Electronic Arts had filed to trademark the name of an upcoming Plants vs. Zombies game, then a trailer and artwork for the game leaked online, and now Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville is essentially out on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

To be more precise, its an Early Access period for the upcoming multiplayer shooter. The game itself is set to release next month — specifically on October 18th — for the aforementioned set of platforms.

PopCap Games and EA dropped an official gameplay trailer for Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville — which revealed that fans can get in on the action right now!

“Welcome to Neighborville, where all is well," reads the trailer's description. "Except that a crazy new coniferous conflict between brain-less and botanicals is brewing! What are you gonna do – call the crops? Soil your plants? Prepare to kick some grass as a Founding Neighbor in the craziest conflict.”
