Developed by Unicube and Team17, as well as published by Team17, Sheltered is a post-apocalyptic survival game that sees players taking control of a family of four who have to do anything within their reach to survive in a deserted post-nuclear world.

Sheltered was initially released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam in March of 2016, and Team17 announced last week that the game would also be coming out for the Nintendo Switch; including extra content like the Surrounded and Stasis scenarios previously released for other platforms.

Today, we get a brand-new trailer for Sheltered as the game becomes available for Nintendo's handheld hybrid console—which can now purchased from the Nintendo Switch eShop; allowing players to take this post-apocalyptic survival experience on-the-go to enjoy anywhere, and at all times.

Take a look:

Panting, scared, the shelter airlock smashes down behind you. You wish you did not have to go outside, but you do. It would be easier to give up. But you don’t. The hardship, the hunger, the thirst. The fear. You keep reminding yourself why you stay alive.

Sheltered is available for the Nintendo Switch today.
