Ubisoft announced two weeks ago that the third Space Monkey (Ubisoft's
Beyond Good and Evil 2 initiative to support the series' fandom) livestream would launch today, but it looks like the plan has changed as the presentation is now scheduled to happen Wednesday November 7th, 2018 at 6:00 PM CET / 9:00 AM PST and will be livestreamed on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook Live simultaneously.
"
We need some more time than anticipated to prepare everything we wanted to share in our next Space Monkey Report," Ubisoft wrote on the Space Monkey update. According to the Montpellier-based studio, the third livestream will be focused on showcasing the developers and gamers collaboration with Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s HitRecord that is working with artists from around the world in creating content that will be integrated directly into the upcoming space opera.
Beyond Good and Evil 2 is still a mysterious title. The sequel was official revealed during last year's Ubisoft E3 conference and immediately became one of the most eagerly anticipated games of the next few years. Sadly, it seems that the Michel Ancel-directed sequel won't be released anytime soon and
BG&E2 may be actually a next-gen title just like Bethesda's
Starfield and
The Elder Scrolls VI.
Journey to System 3, for the prequel to one of Ubisoft’s most beloved games!
