Marking the first-ever collaboration event for Diablo IV, the event will kick off on May 6th at 10:00 a.m. PT and run through June 3rd at 10:00 a.m. PT. Seasons typically run for about eight months, so you'll have plenty of time to experience all that the event has to offer.
"The blood-soaked legacy of Guts, Griffith, and the Band of the Hawk collides with Sanctuary," Blizzard teased. "Whether you’re slaying Nosferatu Zodd in Diablo Immortal or hunting demons for Behelits in Diablo IV, the struggle has only just begun."
In Diablo IV, players who defeat elite enemie will receive Behelits which can be exchanged for themed cosmetics in the Berserk Reliquary. Items like the Hawks Destiny Back trophy, the Skull Knight's Heradlry Mount Armor, and the cursed Brand of the Sacrifice Marking can all be earned with Behelits.
Gear inspired by the anime will include the Berserker Armor for the Barbarian, Skull Knight for Necromancer, The Struggler for Rogue, and more. This will be available for purchase through the in-game item shop. These Berserk bundles will be available in the shop from May 6th throught he end of Season 8.

The Hawk of Light (Rogue)
The Struggler (Rogue)
The Skull Knight (Necromancer)
There will also be limited-time shop bundles for mounts, pets, and trophies. You can also earn the Skull Behelit Mount Trophy by watching a participating Twitch stream.
Over in Diablo Immortal, the "Struggler's Path" event will run from May 1st through May 30th. This event will feature a brand new boss fight where you take on the immortal beast Nosferatu Zodd. And even more terrifying version will be unlocked by the Crimson Behelit Gem.
There's also a wave-based "Survivor's Bane" event where you'll enter the Eclipse and endure the sacrifice that shook the Band of the Hawk.
While Survivor’s Bane is active during the Struggler’s Path event, you'll be able to fight within the Eclipse itself. Every other minute, you’ll experience the full Eclipse for 60 seconds. Rally as though you are side by side with the Band of the Hawk, fighting for your life despite the brand of Sacrifice freshly etched upon you.
Throughout the event, you'll be able to earn themed loot, including the Crimson Behelit Gem,t he Broken Band's Armament, themed weapon skins, and the Golem Familiars. There are also log-in rewards in the form of free cosmetics, crests, and class-specific weapons.
Thematically, Berserk is a perfect franchise for a crossover with Diablo. Now that Blizzard has sort of broken the ice with it, it will be interesting to see if the developer looks to other franchises for similar types of collaborations with Diablo IV.
