By the end of September of this year, Square Enix's long-awaited Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition finally became available for the Nintendo Switch; after the game had already released for every other platform.
The Nintendo Switch version of
Dragon Quest XI, however, is not any version, as it is — much like the name very appropriately suggests — the definitive version of the game that includes an orchestrated soundtrack, dialogue in both Japanese and English, a 16-bit version of the full game, and the ability to allow players to take the game anywhere.
While the game has already been out for a bit over a month and a half, Square Enix has released a thorough overview trailer that shows off everything
Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition has to offer; you know, in case someone's still on the fence about purchasing this game.
Nintendo Switch players can also, and quite easily play the demo for the game, which is actually a staggering 10 hours long, and can even save their progress and transfer it to the full game if they decide to purchase it. Either that, or they can simply click on the overview trailer down below and be persuaded by everything Square Enix added to the Nintendo Switch version of
Dragon Quest XI.
