During their E3 2019 press conference, Ubisoft announced a brand new IP by the name of
Roller Champions. This new sports game will be free-to-play, in fact a demo is available to play on PC right now (until June 14th). The actual game will reportedly release in early 2020.
Roller Champions is a team and skill-based game that seems to more or less be inspired by Psyonix's
Rocket League. It's a roller derby game which consists of 3v3 PvP matches. The pre-alpha will feature two arenas and six playable characters.
"Advance through the ranks as you rise from street to stadium, winning matches and gaining fans on your way to Roller Champion fame. Feel the thrill of rushing down the track, weaving between opponents, and slamming goals in this electrifying derby-inspired game. The arena awaits you!"
