Runner 3 is a rhythm platformer game developed and published by Choice Provisions. The game is part of the Bit.Trip series, as well as a sequel to Bit.Trip Presents... Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien.

The games in the Bit.Trip Runner series see the player taking control of CommanderVideo, who runs forward automatically. Players will have to jump, slide, and even kick to overcome the obstacles the game presents.

Runner 3, in particular, is introducing vehicles and even double jump, which keeps things interesting for the series. Another thing that Runner 3 is introducing is the new Retro Challenge mode. While this mode was already present in previous entries, the difference here is that the player will have full control of CommanderVideo instead of him running automatically.

Currently available on the Nintendo Switch and Steam, Runner 3 was announced for the PlayStation 4 just today and will be releasing on the 13th of November via the PlayStation Store for $29.99 USD.

Take a look:

The Timbletot is determined as ever to rid the multiverse of all its love and happiness. CommanderVideo, a lover if ever there were one, refuses to let this happen.

Runner 3 will be available for the PlayStation 4 on the 13th of November.
