SPIDER-MAN PS4, SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE & More Win Big At Gamescom Awards 2018
The winners of the Gamescom Awards 2018 have been announced, and the impressive list includes a number of games players hope to get their hands on very soon. Hit the jump to check out the full list of winners.
Aside from being a source of news and trailers for fans, Gamescom is a big event for developers and their properties, especially when it comes to the Gamescom Awards.
And now, in the midst of Gamescom fever, the full list of winners for the Best in Genre awards and the Best on Platform awards have been unveiled, highlighting several titles players hope to get their hands on later this year.
The most notable winners of the Best on Platform award are Spider-Man PS4, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Ori and the Will of the Wisps. Meanwhile, the list of Best in Genre winners include the likes of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, FIFA 19 and Destiny 2: Forsaken.
While it's great to learn which upcoming games are receiving praise, players will have to wait until the titles actually release to learn first-hand if they live up to the hype.
