Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 is finally releasing this Friday, and fans of the long-running series will finally be able to play two of the best titles in the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series; those who grew up on the series — like most, if not all, fans out there — will be able to relive the goold old days, as they are transported to the late '90s.
Like the name appropriately suggests, the upcoming title will be including the first two games in the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series, and the developers at Vicarious Visions have made sure to bring back all of the elements that made the originals such timeless classics.
On top of bringing back all of the elements from the original titles, the all-new Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 will also be introducing a new soundtrack, and new skaters to keep everything fresh and updated; not to mention some beautiful graphics that will really make those long skating sessions stand out.
Now that the game is finlly releasing in a mere two days, the people over at Activision have released a short behind the scenes video that sees Tony Hawk, the Birdman himself, reflecting on the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series, and how it has influenced real-life skating for over 20 years.
Tony Hawk mentions that he didn't expect to see the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater games to become what they are today, and even remembers people coming up to him to talk about Tony Hawk, but not about him, but about the game that he and the developers had made.
