Back in 2017, Square Enix created a Twitter account for a new game titled Outriders, and a year later they filed an official trademark for the game in Europe. Despite these developments, however, the developer remained relatively mum on the mysterious title.
That is, until the official Twitter account for Outriders suddenly started generating posts on May 1, 2019. While these tweets didn't reveal much about the game, they did consist of "mission logs" from a character named Captain Simon B. Archan, who discussed things like the launch of "the Flores."
Yet, it wasn't until yesterday that the account made arguably its most exciting post yet, with a new promo that teased a presentation at E3 2019. It's unclear how Outriders will make its presence known at E3 this year, but the safe bet is on some kind of trailer.
Square Enix's E3 presentation will kick of on Monday, June 10 at 6:00 p.m. PT, so be sure to check back here for further updates.
