Team 17's Roguelike GENESIS ALPHA ONE Gets New Gameplay Trailer And Official Release Date

In the upcoming Genesis Alpha One, the player will have two main goals – finding new homes for humanity’s DNA and saving the remaining species from extinction. According to Team17 Digital Limited, Alpha One is a revolutionary mix of roguelike shooter, base building game and classic survival that puts you in the role of a brave interstellar pioneer and the Captain of a Genesis starship in one.

Team 17 has revealed that Genesis Alpha One will be available on the Epic Games store, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 29th 2019 as another video game that will skip a Steam release. In Genesis, you will build and manage your very space vessel, farm rare resources, deal with some pretty terrifying alien infestations, clone dangerous creatures and explore a vast, randomly generated universe.
