Thanks To THQ Nordic, TITAN QUEST Returns On PlayStation 4 And Xbox One In The Official Console Launch Trailer

Titan Quest was originally released on PC in 2006, but the fact that we're looking at a game that's older than Neverwinter Nights 2 hasn't stopped THQ Nordic from releasing it on today's consoles...

THQ Nordic announced the current-gen versions of the Titan Quest last year and the refreshed game hit the stores yesterday. Thankfully, the publisher didn't try to sell it as a new game, and with rather acceptable price ($29,99 ), there's a chance new gamers will discover this classic and sadly forgotten hack'n'slash. For some reason, the package doesn't include last year's Ragnarök expansion.

The trailer clearly indicates that we're looking at an old game in higher resolution. For some reason, the game still uses the interface that works fine on PC, but can generate problem with the navigation on consoles. THQ Nordic is planning to add a coach co-op mode in the near future for six players. The game still should be a lot of fun with its unique setting, just remember that it's nothing new.

Explore the ancient world, unlock arcane mysteries and conquer mythical monsters in a story-driven campaign. Build and costumize your character with 36 different combination of classes and well over 1000 pieces of unique and legendary items. Challenge others to experience the story in fast-action, 2-6 player online cooperative gameplay.

Titan Quest is available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 NOW, with the Nintendo Switch version following later this year!
