Rocksteady unleashed a ton of new details about Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League in its latest developer update video and also confirmed that the game will be divided into seasons, with season 1 beginning in March and plans for content through season 4 already in the works.
It seems each new season will see the game add a free, playable character and the new character joining Task Force X in season 1 is none other than the Joker.
The new endgame content that players can engage with after beating the game will see the team venture to alternate realities or Elseworlds. And it seems one of the first worlds the team ventures to will see them cross paths with an alternate version of the Joker.
If you recall, Kill the Justice League is set within the Arkhamverse games but that version of the Joker has been dead for quite some time. Enter this alternate, younger Clown Prince of Crime who was just starting out in his career of crime before Brainiac attacked.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S on February 2, 2024.
