Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is an action-adventure game developed by FromSoftware and published by Activision coming for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the
22nd of March in 2019.
The game borrows some combat and action-adventure elements from other FromSoftware titles like
Bloodborne,
Dark Souls, and even the classic PlayStation 1's
Tenchu: Stealth Assassins—giving Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice a sense of familiarity while still being a new take on the
Souls genre.
Today the PlayStation Underground crew treat us with some new gameplay for
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice that shows off the beautiful world the game takes place in, the game's fast-paced combat, some stealth sections that keeps reminding us of
Tenchu: Stealth Assassins, and an interesting boss fight against a Corrupted Monk.
Take a look:
In Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice you are the “one-armed wolf”, a disgraced and disfigured warrior rescued from the brink of death. Bound to protect a young lord who is the descendant of an ancient bloodline, you become the target of many vicious enemies, including the dangerous Ashina clan.
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the 22nd of March.
