As Nintendo wrapped up the Super Mario Maker 2 Direct presentation earlier today, the company revealed that they would be giving some special offers to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers in the form of Game Vouchers — which will allow players to get two games at a reduced price.

First of all, it is worth mentioning that the Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers program is exclusive to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers. This program allows players to purchase two vouchers worth $99.99 USD / £84.00 / €99.00, which they can redeem for any digital version of a game they like.

Players who, for instnce, decide to redeem one voucher to purchase Super Mario Maker 2, they can use the other voucher to purchase Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, saving up to $19.99 / £35.98 / €30.99 from the combined suggested retail price for that pair of games.

Not every game on the Nintendo eShop, however, can be purchased using the Nintendo Switch Game Voucher, as Nintendo is only offering games from the Game Voucher program's catalogue.

It is worth mentioning that Nintendo also revealed that these vouchers can be redeemed up to 12 months after the date of the game's purchase, so players don't necessarily need to purchase the second gme right away; making it easier for them to wait for a future release as long as it is within the 12-month period.
