A "Super Nintendo World Global Kick Off Presentation" was recently held in Japan and revealed some new information about Nintendo's upcoming theme park.

First of all, a promotional music video was presented. This video features a new song named "We Are Born To Play" by Galantis and Charli XCX (via Universal Japan). The theme park is shown to be colourful and fun, featuring themes to do with both the Super Mario Bros. games as well as Super Mario Kart.

It was announced that Super Nintendo World will open to the public before the Summer Olympics at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka. "No Limit!" is reportedly the brand slogan and the park is said to "energize you and make you feel alive." Innovatively, Super Nintendo World will make use of technology and a smartphone app.

Attendees are provided a "Power Up Band" which allows you to interact with the park like nothing that's come before it. You can compete against others and collect digital coins. Universal's Thierry Coup describes Super Nintendo Sworld as "a life-size, living video game." It all certainly sounds and looks exciting.
