Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Nintendo's last big Switch exclusive for the year, will finally arrive on December 7, 2018. It looks like we will learn a lot more about the fighting game in just two days, as Nintendo announced today that a rather lengthy Nintendo Direct event is officially scheduled for Thursday, November 1st, and it will be dedicated to the upcoming
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
According to Nintendo, the broadcast hosted by Director Masahiro Sakurai will last approximately 40 minutes. While the main focus will be definitely put on
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the next Direct will also give other titles a chance to shine, including eagerly anticipated
Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and
Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!, Yoshi’s Crafted World, and
Diablo III: Eternal Edition.
The presentation will air at the following times: 7 AM PT, 10 AM ET, 3 PM in the UK, and 4 PM in Europe. Considering that Nintendo still hasn't confirmed the full roster for
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the company may reveal it during the stream. The recent leak suggested that Shadow the Hedgehog, Banjo-Kazooie, Isaac, and more will be playable, but we're still waiting for an official verification.
