Nintendo Adds Two New Special Outfits To The Post-Game Shop In SUPER MARIO ODYSSEY

Mario Odyssey has been a huge success since it was announced all the way up until it launched in October last year and Nintendo knows it and don't seem to want to stop delivering. The game was even contender for Game Of The Year 2017 and lost out to Nintendo's very own The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild, also for the Nintendo Switch...and Wii U.

Last month, Super Mario Odyssey would see the release of Luigi's Balloon World, which was the first free update for the game that included new outfits and a new game mode. The main idea behind the game mode was to hide balloons in any of the Kingdoms for other people to find within a set amount of time.

The latest update added by Nintendo gives players two new special outfits: Baseball Uniform plus Batting Helmet, and Satellaview Suit & Helmet. The latter is a callback to a peripheral for the Super Famicom that allowed Nintendo to broadcast directly into your console , in the same fashion a modem would work, and even allowed users to play some games during what was called the Super Famicom Hour.

Super Mario Odyssey is out now for the Nintendo Switch.
