This War of Mine is an anti-war survival game, developed and published by Polish independent developer 11 bit studios, that was initially released for Windows, Linux, and OS X in 2014.
Eventually, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One got the expanded, and way more depressing, version of the game in the form of
This War of Mine: The Little Ones; which was released in January of 2016. Earlier this month, 11 bit studios announced that This War of Mine: Complete Edition was going to be releasing for the Nintendo Switch.
This War of Mine: Complete Edition is the definitive edition of
This War of Mine, including the original version of the game, the Anniversary Edition content,
This War of Mine: The Little Ones DLC, Ep 1. Father's Promise DLC, and the upcoming Episodes 2 and 3.
Today, 11 bit studios'
This War of Mine: Complete Edition has just been released for the Nintendo Switch and we get a new trailer that shows us the ugliest side of the war in a game that will have players on the edge of their seats as they try to survive the horrors of the war.
Take a look:
In This War Of Mine you do not play as an elite soldier, rather a group of civilians trying to survive in a besieged city; struggling with lack of food, medicine and constant danger from snipers and hostile scavengers. The game provides an experience of war seen from an entirely new angle.
This War of Mine: Complete Edition is available for the Nintendo Switch today.
