No More Heroes is a hack and slash game developed by Grasshopper Manufacturer[
Fatal Frame,
Killer 7] and published by Ubisoft in 2008. The game, directed by Goichi Suda[Suda51], is considered one of those hidden gems on the Nintendo Wii.
No More Heroes was later released on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, although only the PlayStation 3 version was localised in English.
The game's sequel,
No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, came out in 2010 and would see the series go on a fairly long hiatus until
Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, which is a sequel/spin-off of sorts, was announced during a Nintendo Direct in August 2017 as an exclusive title for the Nintendo Switch.
As a spin-off,
Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes takes some liberties and adds an optional Co-Op mode, which is a first for the franchise, and sees our antihero being transported to a bizarre-looking video game world.
Now, thanks to the people over at
GameXplain,we get to watch some gameplay of the first level in
Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, recorded at the PAX East 2018 Event.

An official date has yet to be revealed but Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes is expected to release, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch, this 2018.
