During February's Nintendo Direct, fans were excited to find out that
Unravel Two was being announced for the Nintendo Switch.
Unravel Two is the sequel of ColdWood Interactive and Electronics Arts'
Unravel, the chamring platformer released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows in 2016.
For anyone not familiar with the game's premise,
Unravel has players taking the role of a Yarny who — as the name appropriately suggests — is made out of yarn, going on a platforming adventure in a story that tells itself as the player advances.
The charm of the games comes from the beautiful photorealistic environments, and the clever ways in which the developers make use of the yarn mechanic in order to have players solving puzzles. And now players will be able to enjoy the game on the go, as
Unravel Two releases for the Nintendo Switch today.
Take a look:
When you cut ties to the past, new bonds form. In Unravel Two, create a Yarny of your very own. Then build relationships with other Yarnys in local co-op or as a single player, fostering friendship and support as you journey together.
Unravel Two is available for the Nintendo Switch today.
