Created by teams at Ubisoft Montreal and Ubisoft Montpellier,
Child of Light and
Valiant Hearts: The Great War were initially released in 2014 as two incredibly beautiful and critically acclaimed UbiArt Framework-powered titles. While Ubisoft is best known for their extremely similar formula across all their major series, these games gave the French company a chance to show their more original face.
The Nintendo Switch version of
Child of Light was released in November, including some new features allowing Switch owners to play the game in a special co-op mode with second player controlling Igniculus, a companion of the main hero Aurora. The other title,
Valiant Hearts: The Great War, launched for Switch in August, telling the story of a bunch of protagonists affected by the Great War.
According to the latest Amazon Italy listing, Nintendo Switch fans who prefer owning physical versions of their video games will have an opportunity to purchase a retail bundle of Ubisoft's
Child of Light and
Valiant Hearts: The Great War on January 31, 2019 for €40,66. While Ubisoft has not confirmed or denied Amazon's leak just yet, you can check out the rumored bundle's Italian cover art down below:
Join Aurora on her journey to save her ailing father and a lost kingdom in the magical world of Lemuria – along the way she'll discover that her destiny may be far greater than she dreamed.
