Late last month, Obsidian Entertainment confirmed that The Outer Worlds will eventually come to the Nintendo Switch — more on that here.

At the time, we didn't quite have a clue when the recent role-playing game would come to Nintendo's popular and versatile console. However, now we know at least the game's Nintendo Switch release window.

According to transcription by Seeking Alpha, Take-Two Interactive president Karl Slatoff recently revealed that The Outer Worlds will be made available for the Nintendo Switch in early 2020. “In early 2020, The Outer Worlds will be released for the Nintendo Switch," is the exact quote.

The Outer Worlds is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. While "early 2020," isn't quite a release date, it's certainly closer to one. We now know that the new game will be available for the Switch within the first half of next year.

The Outer Worlds is out now for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC — and will release for the Nintendo Switch in early 2020.
