Nintendo Direct presentations are always exciting, and fans of "the BigN" are always eagerly anticipating these events — sometimes, even, a little bit too much — which is quite understandable, considering that most Directs tend to unveil exciting new video games.
What was one of the most disappointing news was that Nintendo announced they wouldn't be hosting a Nintendo Direct presentation in June — at the time the cancelled E3 event would've taken place — so fans were left wondering when the next presentation will be held.
To provide even more context, the last Nintendo Direct was actually released in September of last year; that is, of course, without counting the Nintendo Direct Mini presentation that was livestreamed, completely unannounced, in March of this year.
As it turns out, new information has revealed that a Nintendo Direct presentation could be premiering quite soon — as soon as next week, in fact — and this information actually comes from Resetera user Kelios, who accurately predicted March's unannounced Nintendo Direct Mini presentation.
According to Kelios, Nintendo will be hosting this Nintendo Direct presentation on Monday the 20th of July — a week from today, to be more precise — although it is also worth mentioning that previously shared information from other sources claim that a Direct would not be released until, at the very least, August or September.
While the information comes from a trustworthy insider, it is still best to keep your expectations in check. With all that said, a Nintendo Direct being streamed nesxt week is definitely exciting news; if true, of course.
