Earlier today, Bandai Namco surprised fans of the
Captain Tsubasa series of manga and anime by announcing that they
Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions — a brand-new arcade-style football game — was being released for home consoles and PC this year.
Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions is the first video game based on the popular Captain Tsubasa series to be released on home consoles in 10 years, and since this is such an important occasion, series creator Yoichi Takahashi has shared a special message for the fans.
Takahashi believes that fans of both football and the Captain Tsubasa series will enjoy this new game, revealing that
Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions features intuitive controls that make this title an easy to pick up game that every one can enjoy.
