A bunch of video game presentations being postponed on account of recent events that have affected the world, and this time it is Electronic Arts' time to officially push back their EA Play Live 2020 presentation; fortunately, it has not been delayed indefinitely.
Before the developer announced that the event would be delayed, Electronic Arts had announced that their EA Play Live 2020 presentation would be streamed live on Thursday the 11th of June, in which they would be giving players a chance to see what some of the latest projects the developer had been working on were.
As per Electronic Arts' recently shared information, via their official Twitter account, the EA Play Live 2020 event has been rescheduled, and will now be streaming on Thursday the 18th of June at 4:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time / 7:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
While this may disappoint some fans that were expecting to see some new games being revealed — games that are likely also releasing on next-gen consoles — it is understandable that Electronic Arts, much like pretty much every other developer out there, had decided to postpone the event until things settle down.
