Inti Creates successfully revived Sunsoft's Blaster Master series in 2017, releasing Blaster Master Zero — a reboot of the original game — for the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo 3DS, and Windows; bringing back all of the elements that made the original a classic, but also improving on gameplay and graphics.
Blaster Master Zero did so well, that Inti Creates secretly developed a sequel for the Nintendo Switch, which released in March of 2019. Interestingly enough, Blaster Master Zero 2 was announced on the very same day that the game was becoming available on the Switch eShop; in and of itself, a very pleasant surprise for fans.
In May of this year, Inti Creates also gave players the great news that they were teaming up with Limited Run Games in order to release Blaster Master Zero and Blaster Master Zero 2 in physical form for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. For those of you wondering, the PlayStation 4 version of both Blaster Master Zero games is actually becoming available tomorrow.
Pre-orders for both Blaster Master Zero and Blaster Master Zero 2 have been open since the 25th of May, but they won't be for much longer — as developer Inti Creates and Limited Run Games remind players that today is players' last chance to pre-order both games.
Limited Run Games don't usually get a second release, so those of you who still haven't pre-ordered Blaster Master Zero and Blaster Master Zero 2 better hurry up, since this may actually be their very last chance to do it, so be sure to check out Limited Run Games' official website for more information on this phenomenal physical release by clicking right here.
