"Welcome to the Danger Zone."
Comparatively to other popular BR titles like
PUBG, COD: Blackout or
Fortnite,
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's Danger Zone features a much smaller map, with either maps with 16 players (if queued up solo), or 18 players (queued up as duos or trios).
Their BR game mode features 64 tick, arguably the highest server response of all BR titles, as well as a unique looting system which utilizes drones which deliver various gear and loot to the players including ammo, armor & helmets, and various weaponry.
The biggest news from this update is the announcement that
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is now fully free-to-play and will commemorate this by giving players a special badge in-game if their account was activated prior to this

Prime, an added security measure that ties a cell phone number to the account (a deterent against hackers as no accounts can be created with the same phone number again).
Lastly, the game also released a brand new skin crate, the
Danger Zone case, featuring 17 new gun skins:
Huge things are in store for Valve and
