The Farm 51 has some excellent news for fans of their own
Get Even and the
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series as
Chernobylite is officially coming to PC this fall. The Polish development studio has also released a new announcement trailer for the upcoming survival game that showcases the beautiful and horrifyingly accurate 3D-scanned recreation of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone and its Nuclear Power Plant.
According to The Farm, your decisions made in this the thrilling non-linear science-fiction horror story will determine the fate of your companions and enemies, as you will have a chance to ally or compete with other daredevils lurking in the zone. Just like in
S.T.A.L.K.E.R., unexpected patrols won't even be your main problem in the face of supernatural dangers arising around you in mysterious patterns.
Considering that
Get Even is arguably the most successful project in The Farm 51's history, it shouldn’t be surprising that
Chernobylite will borrow some gameplay elements from that title. Your main quest in the game is simple: staying undetected and gathering all the evidence you can to piece together events from the past, but savage creatures pouring from the alternate reality will surely make that task harder.
Be sure to take a closer look at the strangely beautiful and quite terrifying world of
Chernobylite below:
