Yet again, we have a disappointing update to share with you about Marvel's Midnight Suns as Take-Two Interactive has announced yet release date delay.

Originally set to hit stores back in March, we learned last year that it would arrive later than planned. While a launch date was then set for October 7 (and appeared to be locked in), we now have no idea when we'll be able to get our hands on the game. All 2K Games and Firaxis will say is that it's coming our way sometime this "fiscal year."

That doesn't conclude until March 31, 2023, so we don't see the game arriving this side of the Holidays. After all, if that was even close to happening, chances are a new release date would have already been announced.

This is obviously a real shame, but making it even worse is the fact that last-gen versions of Marvel's Midnight Suns now don't have any sort of launch window. As a result, those of you who don't own a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, or PC will be out of luck if you're hoping to play the game in the near future!

Clearly, there are major hardware issues at play here that Firaxis is struggling to make right.

"The world as we know it is changed forever when Hydra, through a procedure of magic and science, manages to revive Lilith, Mother of Demons," reads the synopsis for Midnight Suns"In an effort to prevent Lilith from spreading her armies across the world, destroying everything in her path, The Avengers enlist the Midnight Suns to assist in their battle."

"This team of supernaturally powered heroes will need to work with the likes of Captain America, Iron-Man and Captain Marvel if they want to stop Lilith from resurrected Chthon, her all-powerful master."
