Apex Legends Season 2 will launch on July 2nd and someone on reddit has released the first trailer in HD which reveal new challenges and a new hero namely Crypto.
Season 2 will feature new maps and introduce skydive emotes. A new L-Star weapon is coming and the upcoming Ranked mode, and Wattson is set to be the newest legend. Also in the trailer's we have a number of new buildings and structures, as well as hazards in the form of pterodactyl-like monsters and a bigger dinosaur named the Leviathan.
The trailer's reveal the cause of the invasion was due to an EMP blast that has seemingly changed the previously barren wastelands area in the east into a thriving area of wildlife and vegetation.
